Monkey Smile
Good morning! Another grey, gloomy day, but I had no headache last night and got a good night's sleep. I made this monkey card before going to bed, so maybe that had something to do with it. I downloaded this adorable monkey from dustinpike.blogspot.com He is soooo cute, that I just couldn't resist him. It was my first time to color a digi stamp with Martha Stewart markers, so he's not perfect, but with practice, I hope to get better. I used SEI paper, Bazzill cardstock, and ribbon from American Crafts. I cut and shadowed the word SMILE from Cricut cartrige Walk in my Garden, and adhered it with pop dots for added dimension.
Have a good Thursday and thanks for stopping in!
Blessings,
~M~

Thanks so much!

I love it! Love the colors, layout, monkey- I love it all.
Martha pens do take some getting used to and if you use them on regular paper or cardstock they can tend to tear the paper. Your little monkey looks great and you would never know it was your first time using them!
Thank you Angela! You made my day. I followed your advise and used watercolor paper, so no tearing!
Blessings,
