Simple Cooking with Mary ~ Pulled Pork



North Carolina Barbeque/Pulled Pork

2 tsps red pepper flakes
3 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsps yellow mustard
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 - 3 lb pork loin roast

Place pork roast in crock pot. Mix first 4 ingredients and pour over pork roast. Place lid on crock pot and cook on high for approximately 5 hours, or low for 8 hours. Remove pork roast from crock pot and shred with 2 forks. Add sauce from crock pot to shredded pork and serve with cole slaw and hush puppies.
Serves 4-6

Looks wonderful Mary... I'm not a fan of foods with a "kick." I wonder if there is another seasoning that would work with the vinegar?

OK Mary, I tries it and OMG it is so good. I added a bit of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce on the side for dipping. MMMmmmMMMmmmmm. Hubby loved it to. thanks for and awesome recipe.
