Video Tutorial #6 Thank You Card
Hi guys,
It's raining cats and dogs and thundering and lightning too. Wish I didn't have to go out in it. I'll wait 'til the lightning quits before I leave. Lightning is scarey!
Here's a thank you card video I made this morning. The card design is from a sketch I saw on Mojo Monday a few weeks back. Hope you enjoy the video and thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to watch!
Blessings,
Mary

It's funny you posted this video this morning. I have mini monograms and haven't really used it yet and had been thinking of that this morning. Mary, you said the scalloped was 3 inches and the white was 3 1/2 is that correct because the scalloped was bigger. The sizing has been challenging for me on the cricut. I need to read up on it more because the sizing is never true..is that the way it is suppose to be?
I love the coffee cup,my kitchen is done in a coffee theme. The whole card is beautiful, thanks for the video.

Thanks for watching and the nice comments. Yes, the sizing is correct. I know it sounds backwards, but that's the way the Cricut is...you never know 'til you cut it out what size you're going to get. I take cheap white cardstock first, cut my pieces to see what size they'll be and write the size on them. I keep them in a ziploc bag and the next time I need that embellishment, I already know what size to cut.
Have a great day, Lizzy!
Blessings,
Mary
Thanks for such nice comments you leave for me Mary, I love your blog.
Thanks for the tip. After I posted this I cut it out on the cricut and it was right. :)

Great video and card. I don't use my cricut for cards very much and this really inspires me.
I noticed that you had some other buttons on the keypad lit, which are they? I tend to keep real dial size or paper saver on.
Thanks for the nice comments, Anj :-) I usually keep my paper saver on. Is Stryder ok? He's a cutie and Kasiah is too!
Blessings,
Mary
Mary, I left you a message on my blog under My favorite child post.

I love this card, Mary. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into making the card and the video, and for sharing with us.
Blessings to you!
