Love is like a Butterfly
Hi everyone,
Here is the Cricut Paper Pups card I made this morning. I used cardstock from HOTP and the patterned paper is from DCWV. Brads from Colorbok and ribbon from American Crafts. The flowers were cut using an EK Sucess daisy punch and the sentiment is from a set of stamps I got yesterday at JoAnn's. Don't know if you can tell from the photo, but I used Stickles on the raised wings of the butterfly.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog and I hope you'll come back again! I'd love it if you'd leave a comment and tell me you were here. Have a good night!
Hugs,
Mary

HAVE HAPPY 4TH!
Hi Lizzy! Are you still on the "Oregon Trail"? No, I didn't know you had Paper Pups. You'll have so much fun with that cart. Thanks for the nice comment on the card. Have a wonderful 4th Lizzy!

I just had to stop again and look at this adorable card. :)
We bought a house built in 1890 and stripped it down to the bare studs last summer. We worked on it as we could while we were renting elsewhere. Then last Nov. we moved back into it here before it was done.
Things have gone very, very slowly since we moved back in! Boxes aren't unpacked (which drives me crazy) because I have no cabinets, closet rods and shelves, etc. In fact, we just have drywall with no paint and the floors aren't done yet either. I probably shouldn't even tell you that I have absolutely no kitchen cabinets or sink yet. :)
The good news is, I LOVE being here, so it's okay. I tell my husband it's like camping indoors. :) We had to pour some concrete yesterday and do some caulking. I have no idea what he wants us to work on today.
I'm thankful for this house. It was his grandparent's before we bought it. One day it's going to be fabulous. We just do what we can (and have $$ for) as we can. God blessses us so richly. I'm just thankful for what we have. And like I said, one day it's going to be fabulous!
I may not get anymore crafts done until next week. But I'm hoping I have some time today and this weekend to do some things.
